Small update to ET:QW tracker

I did small update to et:qw tracker, it mostly affects the api feature.

  • Api without bad formating (<xp>xp: 18923.8664553</xp> changed to <xp>18923.8664553</xp>)
  • Changed name to api feed (xml/rss to xml)
  • Changed api file header to application/xml
